Trade Finance:

• Provisions of financing solutions on a transactional basis
• Overall relationship management with banks
• Management of the global centre, London, where transactions come together to be financed and co-ordinated
• Cash flow management and foreign exchange hedging

Structured Trade:

• Identification of customised solutions to risk hedging techniques where both structure and cover are obtained by working in close cooperation with specialist Structured Finance banks and Underwriters / Insurance Brokers
• Arrangement of Conversion Deals and Pre-finance transactions

Project Finance:

• (Co-) structuring and guaranteeing the off-take of products in relation to deals, often large and complex, involving the supply of equipment to steel and aluminium producers (mostly in emerging markets).
• Close co-operation with both the underwriting bank(s), the syndicate and the relevant Export Credit Agency / ECA
